Kelley Johnson brings close to three decades of experience working inside founder-led service businesses in complex and highly scientific organizations. She has a rare ability to see both what drives enterprise value, and what erodes it over time. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human behavior, addressing not only how a business operates, but how the person leading it relates to responsibility, success, and worth.
Kelley works with business owners who sense their companies hold more value than is currently being realized. Through a thoughtful, high-impact approach, she helps reduce owner dependency, strengthen decision-making, and design businesses that operate with clarity rather than constant personal effort.
Her work integrates the CEPA® Value Acceleration Methodology with a focus on leadership readiness and worth. Kelley believes enterprise value cannot fully expand when a leader’s sense of worth is entangled with output or over-responsibility. When that relationship shifts and disciplined strategy is applied, businesses become stronger, value rises, and freedom becomes possible.
Known for her calm authority and willingness to name hard truths, Kelley brings clarity where patterns have gone unexamined and value has remained trapped. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA) and also holds credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing rigor in systems thinking, process design, and scalable growth to every engagement.
